End User License Agreement

Zentro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download, install, and use the official Zentro application for personal or professional purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Zentro's core source code is open source and licensed separately under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only (GPL-3.0-only). Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under that license with respect to the core source code. This agreement governs the official Zentro binary distribution, including the proprietary Pro components that are not part of the open-source core.

You may install Zentro on multiple devices. A Pro license is tied to your email address. If you replace a device, you can transfer your Pro license using the restore flow inside the app: Settings → License → Restore License. Restoration requires access to the email address used to activate Pro.

The Free tier license is perpetual and covers the core SQL IDE features listed in the app. It does not expire, requires no payment, and is not subject to any trial period. Continued access to Free features is not contingent on a subscription.

The Pro license is active for the duration of your paid subscription. It deactivates automatically upon cancellation or expiry. A 30-day Pro trial grants all Pro features at no cost; after the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to retain Pro features.

License status is validated by the Zentro backend on app launch and periodically during use. An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic validation. The app functions offline after a successful check-in.

With respect to the proprietary Pro components of the official Zentro build, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Pro components
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Pro components or any part of them
• Use the Pro components, or any knowledge derived from their internals, to build a competing software product
• Circumvent, spoof, or disable the license validation mechanisms

These restrictions do not apply to the open-source core, which is governed by the GPL-3.0-only license. The Zentro name and logos are not covered by the GPL and may not be used for modified builds.

The 30-day Pro trial is granted once per verified email address and installation. It is free of charge, requires no payment card, and ends automatically after 30 days, after which Pro features are locked unless you subscribe. The Free tier is never affected.

Feedback is highly valued. You can report issues and suggest features through the Feedback page on zentro-ide.com.

Zentro may release updates to the application. The app will notify you when a new version is available and, depending on your platform and package, can download and install it for you or direct you to the new build. By installing an update, you accept the terms of the EULA accompanying that release.

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall Zentro and cease all use. A breach of Pro-specific restrictions (e.g., reverse engineering) does not affect your right to use the Free tier unless the breach is egregious or repeated.

Zentro reserves the right to terminate Pro licenses associated with accounts that violate the Terms of Service.

The Zentro application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Zentro expressly disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk associated with the quality, performance, and accuracy of the application.

In no event shall Zentro or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Zentro in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For the Free tier and the Pro trial, this amount is zero.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. This English version is authoritative; in the event of conflict with any translation, the English text governs.
