End User License Agreement

Zentro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download, install, and use the Zentro application for personal or professional purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

You may install Zentro on multiple devices. A Pro license is tied to your email address. If you replace a device, you can transfer your Pro license using the restore flow inside the app: Settings → License → Restore License. Restoration requires access to the email address used to activate Pro.

The Free tier license is perpetual and covers the core SQL IDE features listed in the app. It does not expire, requires no payment, and is not subject to any trial period. Continued access to Free features is not contingent on a subscription.

The Pro license is active for the duration of your paid subscription. It deactivates automatically upon cancellation or expiry. Pro Early Access grants all Pro features at no cost during the Early Access period; after that period ends, a paid subscription is required to retain Pro features.

License status is validated by the Zentro backend on app launch and periodically during use. An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic validation. The app functions offline after a successful check-in.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Zentro
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the application or any part of it
• Modify Zentro for redistribution as a separate product
• Use Zentro, or any knowledge derived from its internals, to build a competing software product
• Circumvent, spoof, or disable the license validation mechanisms

During Early Access, Zentro is pre-release software. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, and breaking changes between releases. Features present in an Early Access build may be modified, gated behind Pro, or removed in future releases. There is no warranty that current behavior will be maintained.

Feedback during Early Access is highly valued. You can report issues and suggest features via the GitHub repository.

Zentro may release updates to the application. The app will notify you when a new version is available; updates are applied manually by downloading and installing the new build. By installing an update, you accept the terms of the EULA accompanying that release.

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall Zentro and cease all use. A breach of Pro-specific restrictions (e.g., reverse engineering) does not affect your right to use the Free tier unless the breach is egregious or repeated.

Zentro reserves the right to terminate Pro licenses associated with accounts that violate the Terms of Service.

The Zentro application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Zentro expressly disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk associated with the quality, performance, and accuracy of the application.

This disclaimer applies with particular force to Early Access builds, which are pre-release and may have a higher rate of defects.

In no event shall Zentro or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Zentro in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. During Early Access, this amount is zero.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. This English version is authoritative; in the event of conflict with any translation, the English text governs.
